At AFIN Outdoors LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
Items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A manufacturing defect
- Shipping damage
- An error made by AFIN
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.
